The Internal Auditing course is for those who audit the organisation's processes as part of the internal audit programme. The training is applicable to any ISO standard and any organisation, regardless of size.
This one-day course will teach delegates to:
- Develop effective auditing techniques, improve evaluation and identify opportunities for improvement which contribute to an organisation’s growth and success
- Objectively assess the compliance of the Organisation by auditing your own procedures.
The training will include understanding of:
- Relevant ISO standard requirements & external certification process;
- Audit Planning & preparation
- Conducting an audit
- Audit reporting and follow up
- The principles of quality management and improvements
- The function and role of the ISO management system
- The quality management principles and their relationship to ISO 9001:2015
- How to perform an effective management systems audit
- How to construct an audit program and checklists
- Evaluation of the business impact of audit findings
- Continual business improvement through the use of corrective actions programs
On completion of the audit, delegates will receive a certificate to demonstrate to the External Certification Body that they have completed formal training.
This course can be delivered to up to 5 delegates at your premises from £500 per course.
